Specializing in the field of communication, adaptability and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), Rita has a real thirst to discover new subjects. For this reason, she has taken several trainings, including one at Harvard University on coaching, leadership and mindfulness, in addition to her basic training at the University of Quebec in Montreal as part of her Bachelor's degree in sexology. She later refined her knowledge in the student pool at UC Santa Cruz by integrating a training on collective intelligence and generative collaboration.
With a strong creative sense and ability to collaborate, Rita stands out for her great flexibility. This has led her to develop several tools, workshops and trainings related to communication, adaptability and cognitive flexibility. Coming from an eclectic background and surrounded by people who identify with different cultural communities, one of Rita's great assets is her ability to identify the specific needs of each person.
Very early in her career, she became familiar with the world of entrepreneurship by creating her own company selling promotional items. Capitalizing on all these learnings in management and customer service, Rita founded her own coaching school in 2011, where she trains over a hundred coaches using the NLP approach. Her unique vision allows her to develop her own communication technique, which allows her clients to be coached to develop their full professional and personal potential.
