Michel Simard

Associated with Qualiti7 in the Quebec area, has over 20 years’ experience as a seasoned computer manager, including 10 years working as a senior consultant in information resource management. Mr. Michel Simard, associated with Qualiti7 in the Québec area, has over twenty (20) years’ experience as a seasoned computer manager, including ten (10) years working as a senior consultant in information resource management. Mr. Simard’s career path has led him to carry out a variety of mandates, most notably in the area of work organization and process re-engineering, coaching and training, as well as governance and management of IT services.

In working on various projects, as part of different multidisciplinary teams, Mr. Simard has played a key role in his clients’ success while gaining significant experience. Mr. Simard now works mainly as a consultant and trainer, sharing his knowledge of best practices and recognized standards in the area of IT management, specifically with regards to ITIL and ISO.

Mr. Simard holds a graduate diploma (MBA) in International Management from HEC Montréal (école des Hautes Études Commerciales de Montréal). He is also certified in many areas of ISO/CEI 20000 and 27002 as well as ITIL as a result of his involvement with the ITSM community over the last few years.
