José Tamo

Since 2000, Mr. Tamo has specialized in computer service organization based on ITIL® ’s best practices. His expertise has granted him the opportunity to lecture, advise and teach throughout North America and Europe. José Tamo has over fifteen years’ experience in computer science. During his career, he has had the opportunity to work in various sectors of activity in Québec, Canada, the U.S. and France in areas such as technical architecture and application architecture, requirement analysis, team leadership, system integration and consulting for both small and large businesses.

He has held the title of ITIL® v2 Master since 2001 and that of ITIL® v3 Expert since 2008. He is part of an international group that translates official ITIL® publications, and is also a member of the team that creates training frameworks for Qualiti7. In addition to this, Mr. Tamo sits on the WG25 committee that works on the evolution and promotion of the ISO 20000 standard.
